Zavoy — Support

Zavoy is a private family-schedule app for a single household. If you're a tester and something isn't working, here's how to get help.

Getting started

1. Install the app from your TestFlight invite.
2. Open Zavoy and paste the personal enrollment link you were given into the box on the first screen. This connects the app to the family schedule.
3. Grant notifications when asked. Grant location only if you'll be driving shifts.

Common questions

The app just shows an enrollment screen. You need a personal enrollment link from the family administrator — paste it into the box to sign in.

Location isn't sharing. Location is shared only while a driving shift is active in the app, and requires granting "Always" location access in iOS Settings.

I'm not getting notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for Zavoy in iOS Settings ▸ Notifications.
